Ballerinas from the New England Academy of Dance in New Canaan partnered with The Harmony Lodge #67 to create 250 Valentine’s Day gift bags and donate them to residents of local senior living facilities including Waveny Care Center, New Canaan Inn and the School House Apartments. The gift bags contained homemade cards, masks, puzzles, games and small crafts to help stimulate fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The dancers wanted to let the residents know they are thinking of them and looking forward to performing for them again soon. Featured in the photo are Madison Grenauer (New Canaan High School senior) and Olivia Golden (Darien High School senior).
