Featured speaker, neuropsychologist Robert Tepley, Ph.D. of Waveny’s Brown Geriatric Evaluation Clinic, will lead a discussion on normal aging, dementia, and current Alzheimer’s disease research, as well as compare and contrast symptoms of normal aging against those of dementia. Dr. Tepley has presented to physician groups, hospital staffs, and at regional and national professional conferences on various topics, including neuropsychological evaluation of mild cognitive impairment and dementia, neuropsychological aspects of medically unexplained illnesses, behavioral management of the brain injured patient, personality assessment following brain injury or illness, and the nature of traumatic memories.

Admission to the presentation is free, however registration is requested. To RSVP or for more information, please contact Mary Ntiri, Community Liaison at (203) 594-5310, or [email protected].

In addition to practicing at Waveny’s Brown Geriatric Evaluation Clinic, Dr. Tepley is the founder of Neuropsychology Consultants LLC, and is appointed to the allied health medical staff at Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Conn.
