Our donors' commitment has helped to create and maintain Waveny’s network of high-quality healthcare services and facilities. • A gift to the Annual Appeal - This year's appeal focuses on achieving a vital technology upgrade to our decade-old digital network infrastructure. The cornerstone of this project will be the creation of a virtual environment. By migrating our four conventional, at-capacity servers onto a single virtual server, we will greatly enhance user convenience, enable data recovery and resource allocation, and promote a green environment by increasing energy efficiency and decreasing our reliance on hardware.
  
  Most importantly, this virtual environment will help us to improve our effectiveness in providing quality care, while facilitating a smooth transition to an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; making the need for reliable, high-performance technology at Waveny absolutely critical.
  Our goal is to raise $350,000 to fund this large, but essential investment. Please give generously, as these critical improvements will directly benefit all who serve Waveny, and all whom Waveny serves.

• Memorial Gifts - Waveny Care Network receives gifts from families and friends grateful for the care a loved one has received.
• Special Gifts - Waveny Care Network has a "wish list" of special items and programs that are beyond the scope of normal care needs. It would be our pleasure to share that list with any individual or organization who is looking for that special "something" to do for Waveny.
• Planned Gifts - A wonderful way to remember Waveny is to include us in your estate plan. The simplest way is to make a specific gift of cash or property to Waveny Care Network in your Will or Trust. Another option is to designate Waveny as a beneficiary of a charitable remainder trust. Both ways provide a future gift for Waveny and allow you to benefit from certain tax advantages. Should you decide to make a planned gift, please consult your attorney or financial adviser as to the best way to proceed and then be sure to notify our Development Office of your intention.
